Nate Martinez

Nate has been selling real estate in the Valley of the Sun for over thirty years. His designations include ABR, CRS, GRI, CDPE, CIAS, CRP, e-PRO, SFR and Certified Luxury Home Specialist. His team consists of eight full-time Buyer Specialists, and one licensed assistant and one marketing director. In addition to being the owner of RE/MAX Professionals, Nate has serviced as a director for the state and national Association of Realtors and the 2008 President for the Phoenix Association’s of REALTORS®. RE/MAX Professionals has valley locations in Glendale, Phoenix Surprise and Avondale.

In his free time, Nate enjoys spending quality time with his family – fiancée Tonya, their daughter Mila and his two older children, Brandi and Nathan Jr. He is an avid sports enthusiastic, loves attending concerts and practicing his golf swing when he is not “tweeting” a new restaurant review. Nate’s personal and professional philosophy is a quote from the great Wayne Gretzky, “skate to where the puck is going, not where it’s been!”

Community Involvement

Our Agents live and work in the communities they serve and understand the importance of giving back and making a positive contribution. This is more important than ever as some communities struggle to maintaintheir identity in the midst of the challenging financial and housing market.

In addition to the numerous activities and organizations our Agents are involved with individually throughout the Valley, RE/MAX Professionals is a strong supporter of the Children's Miracle Network ("CMN"- benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital locally). RE/MAX agents have raised more than $147 million for Children's Miracle Network for over 170 hospitals. We are proud to be affiliated with both organizations that make a huge difference in how we live our lives. RE/MAX Professionals and its agents contributed over $40,000 in 2016 alone and we continue to each year.

Whether it's leading a Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts troop, organizing community physical wellness events and holiday celebrations, coaching and funding Little League teams, holding food drives or clothing and toy drives, participating in church outreach groups, or the direct monetary donations that are made from each property closing, RE/MAX Professionals and our Agents are actively involved every day in making our communities stronger and more vibrant!
