Welcome to this week’s Monday Morning Message! I hope you had a lovely holiday celebration, and now we are on the final days of 2024. As we wrap up this year, I hope that you will set aside some time to reflect on the last 12 months and take inventory – even in the midst of chaos or stress, loss or heartbreak, there is always something to be grateful for – and I am grateful for each of you. Thank you for being a part of my story.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys golfing and spending quality time around the pool with his adult children and their spouses, his confidant Tonya, their daughter, Mila, and three grandchildren.
