Good morning, and welcome to today’s Monday Morning Message! Halloween is here! That one day a year when we get to step out of our usual roles, have a little fun, and maybe enjoy more candy than we should. But beyond the costumes and treats, it’s also a great reminder that perspective matters.

In life, just like on Halloween, things aren’t always what they seem. A “scary” experience might just be an opportunity in disguise. This week, lean into the spirit of the season; have fun, laugh a little, and remember that a positive attitude is the best costume you can wear.
